Your discretion is our priority. We work with our delivery partners to ship your sex toys discreetly, with no mention of "Sex Toy" on the packaging and comes in plain white mailer bag. 

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE* 

All local and International orders above S$130/USD$98 will automatically qualify for a free registered mail delivery, where the complimentary delivery covers up to S$45 shipping cost. In the case where the delivery cost exceeds this, customers will be expected to top up for the difference at the checkout page.  

CONTACTLESS SELF-PICKUP (SG ONLY) 

We offer complimentary self pick-up option from our office at Tanjong Pagar, 100 Peck Seah Street, Singapore 079333 (same building as Oasia Hotel). Simply add your items to cart and select this self-pickup option at the checkout page.

Once we receive your order, we will process your order within 24 hours. Once your parcel has been packed and ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with a link to book your pickup time slot. It's as easy as ABC!    

LOCAL DELIVERY

We ensure your order is delivered in a discreet poly mailer, to any valid local address from public locations, offices, hotels to residential addresses (HDBs, condos and landed property). To provide you the lowest rates & fastest shipping possible, we work with a range of third party courier service to best suit your needs. 

  1. Free Registered Mail Delivery: for orders above S$130/USD$98. 
  2. Standard Delivery: ~S$3 - $5 within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your choice of third party courier service you select upon checkout.
  3. Specific Day or Next Day Delivery: flat fee of S$18, orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance, before 6pm.  
  4. Same Day Delivery: flat fee of S$20, orders must be placed before 3pm. We ship on weekends and public holiday too! 
  5. Instant 90min Delivery: flat fee of S$38, kindly order via live chat or whatsapp here. If it is outside of standard working hours, we will try our best and will let you know straightaway if we can fulfil your order.

To find out the exact delivery rates & time, simply follow these 3 steps:

  1. Add your desired sex toy(s) to cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and input your shipping address
  3. The shipping rates will then be automatically calculated in the order summary, based on your shipping address as well as the weight of your toy(s).

Once payment has been confirmed, your tracking link will be sent to you via email, so do look out for that in your inbox or, sometimes in your spam box. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to international addresses only via registered airmail and we work with various logistics companies to provide you the lowest shipping rates possible. In fact, we even provide free shipping worldwide for orders above S$130/USD$98*, as long as the shipping cost is under S$45. To find out the shipping rates and the duration of shipping for your location, simply follow these 3 steps:

  1. Add your desired sex toy(s) to cart
  2. Proceed to checkout and input your shipping address
  3. The shipping rates and the duration will then be automatically calculated in the order summary, based on your shipping address as well as the weight of your toy(s).

Once the parcel has been picked up by our delivery agent, an email with the tracking link will be sent to you. Depending on the country and delivery agent you pick, it could take 2 to 25 working days for you to receive your parcel.

Kindly note that our prices may not include local taxes and duties, depending on the country and delivery agent. This can be seen at checkout after you input your shipping address. In some cases you may be charged customs, import duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at your country. We do not have control over these charges and we are not able to advice on these charges as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
