Received a faulty item?

Don’t get your knickers in a twist! If you’ve encountered an issue with your purchase, please write in to us and we will respond to you within 2-3 working days (kindly refer to our email format below). 

Please be sure to retain your receipt or invoice for proof of purchase, as any refund or replacement request can only be made within 180-days from date of receipt. 

All returns will be reviewed by our team on a case by case basis and resolved by our Management at their own discretion.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued in the form of store credit (terms & conditions apply). 

Terms & Conditions

    • Warranty Clause: Do note that if the item is damaged due to misuse or general wear and tear, it will not be deemed defective under our company policy. Our pleasure toys come with their own care instructions and a specific product manual, so please read it carefully on how to use, charge and store safely.
    • For hygiene reasons: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. Please take a photo AND video proof of the defected item. 
    • Sale Items: Sale items are final and cannot be returned or replaced. Items that were on sale are also excluded from other promotions, offers, and discounts.
    • Delivery Issues: In the event of a wrong item delivered, we will replace it as soon as possible at no cost.

    Feedback & Customer Service
