This is my 2nd tenga cup and it is only NOW wearing out after 3 years of pretty hard (no pun intended) use...i mean REALLY "hard" use..., I mean I know it says it’s only a one time use but you do have to take care of it. I had the original tenga cup initially but I wanted to see what’s the difference with the gentle. Turns out, the material of the silicone is just a lot softer like their eggs - which feels nice. I had no use for the little "suction hole" on the end for their original cup but with the gentle version, I covered the hole to get a 100% vacuum suction which is more pleasurable. Thought to share that the secret to keeping the cup in longer lasting conditions is to NOT use an oil-based lube...this will degrade the material much more quickly...use a water-based lube and it will last MUCH longer..
