I am staying in a hotel/on campus, can you deliver it to my room? Plus

We go the extra mile and deliver islandwide to all locations, including hotels. If you have specific delivery instructions, simply leave a note in the address/apartment line at checkout. Do note that hotel or building security policies may limit direct-to-room delivery. In such cases, our driver will contact you upon arrival to arrange a handoff in the lobby or leave the parcel with the concierge or receptionist.

Contactless Self-Pickup
How do I request for self-collection in Singapore? Plus

We offer complimentary self-pickup from our space at Tanjong Pagar. Simply select the "Contactless Self Pickup" option at checkout. Once your order is received, we'll pack it—often almost immediately during office hours. And you'll get an email with a link to book your preferred pickup time, available daily, including weekends and public holidays. Easy peasy!

We do not offer POPStation (Pick Own Parcel Station) service at the moment, though we're exploring this option. If you'd like us to make this happen for you, kindly contact us.

International Delivery

How can I check if delivery is available to my country? Plus

We've successfully shipped pleasure to over 40 countries and counting, and we're always updating our delivery coverage based on what works IRL. That said, we've temporarily hit pause on deliveries to India and Vietnam due to recurring customs clearance issues. We know… it's a bummer, but we're working on it.

How do I get free international shipping? Plus

Hit S$130 or more in your cart, and you'll automatically qualify for free delivery worldwide of up to S$45 delivery fee. Your checkout rates will automatically update based on your items in the cart to reflect this.

How do you declare the items to customs? Plus

Your privacy is our priority. Every order is packed plain and discreet, with no mention of sex toys or branding. Depending on what you treat yourself to, it might show up as something sweetly innocent, like a "massager" or "wellness kit." Naughty on the inside, nice on the outside.

What happens if my parcel gets stuck in customs? Plus

Sometimes, shipping to more conservative countries can be a bit hit-and-miss. If your parcel runs into issues, we'll work closely with you and the delivery agent to figure out the next best steps. This might involve resending your order with another courier (which works in 90% of cases!). In the rare event that we've exhausted all options, we'll process a full refund for you. Returns & Warranty

14-Day Return
What does the 14-Day Return cover? Plus

We accept all returns from Singapore within 14 days of purchase, as long as the following requirements are met:

  • The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and untampered with
  • The return request is made within 14 days of purchase in Singapore
  • The product was not purchased on sale (sale items are final and non-returnable)
  • You provide the original order confirmation email with your order number as proof of purchase
What is the process for returning my order? Plus

Once you've met all the requirements above, your order is now qualified for a return and you can simply follow this 3-step process:

  1. Drop us a message via our contact form with your return request and stating your order no.
  2. We'll verify your order within 5 working days and once confirmed, you'll receive a link from us to book a time slot to visit our space at Tanjong Pagar to return your product(s)
  3. Once we receive your product(s) in good condition, we'll process your refund within 5 working days
How will I get refunded and how long do refunds take? Plus

Refunds are issued via store credits within 5 working days from the time we receive and verify your returned item. The refunded amount will be equivalent to the full value of your original transaction, minus the original delivery charges. If your original order had free delivery, a delivery fee will be deducted:

  • S$5 for standard delivery
  • S$10 for same-day delivery
1-Year Warranty
What does the 1-Year Warranty cover? Plus

Don't get your knickers in a twist! We offer a 1-Year warranty for all our products sold in Singapore, as long as the following requirements are met:

  • Product is covered by warranty (refer to next question for more details)
  • Product is under the warranty timeframe, within 1 year of purchase in Singapore
  • Original order confirmation email with order no. as proof of purchase
How do I know if my product is covered by warranty? Plus

Our warranty covers issues like battery health and motor function, but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear, or operator error. If you're experiencing issues with a vibrator, here's a quick 3-step troubleshooting guide before reaching out:

  1. Charge it up: Plug in your product and charge it for at least 20 minutes as the battery might simply be fully drained.
  2. Check the charging light: While charging, make sure the product shows a steady light pulse. If you don't see it, double-check the charging connections and refer to the user manual for charging instructions.
  3. Unlock it: After charging, unplug the cable and press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Some products come with a travel lock feature that needs to be deactivated.
What is the process for replacing my defective product? Plus

Once you've met all the requirements above, your product is now covered by our warranty which qualifies for an exchange by simply following this 2-step process:

  1. Drop us a message via our contact form or email us at hello@hedonisttribe.com with your order no., product name, description of the defective issue as well as photo/video evidence of the defect
  2. We'll verify your warranty within 5 working days. Once confirmed, we'll send you a link to book a time slot to visit our space at Tanjong Pagar for an in-person exchange.
