Your birthday comes with a little treat from us. Every year. Here’s how to claim yours:
- Add your birthday via the Hedonist Rewards page, or go to Account Profile > My Rewards
- Click the birthday icon and enter your date of birth
- Ensure it’s added at least one month before your birthday
What happens next?
Your unique birthday voucher* will be emailed to you on your birthday and is valid for one month.
P.S. Missed the one month heads up? No worries. We’ll save the birthday love for next year. 💕
**Voucher applies to online store products only and can be combined with shipping promotions, but not other ongoing promotions. Events, services and gift cards are excluded.
Your Hedonist Rewards tier is based on your lifetime spend with us:
The Awakened → S$0
The Empowered → S$300
The Unapologetic → S$900
The Liberated → S$2,000
Register an account and you’ll automatically be placed in the tier you’ve earned.
And yes, we remember your past pleasures.😉 Purchases from the very beginning of Hedonist count, so you never start from zero.
Good news, your tier never expires. Once you’ve earned it, it’s yours for life. Your points, however, can expire.
Redeeming your rewards
Using points for discount vouchers will not affect your tier status.
12 months of inactivity
Your points will expire if none are earned or redeemed during this time.
Welcome voucher
Your welcome voucher is valid for 5 days from the date it’s issued.
Points and Rewards
Every S$1 spent earns you points, with more points earned as you move up the tiers*.
The Awakened → 1 point per S$1 spent
The Empowered → 1 point per S$1 spent
The Unapologetic → 2 points per S$1 spent
The Liberated → 3 points per S$1 spent

P.S. Points apply to physical product purchases made directly with Hedonist online, in store or at our pop ups. Events, e gift cards, custom products and additional event services or fees are excluded. Purchases made through retail partners, stockists, consignment or wholesale orders are also not eligible.
When shopping online, make sure you’re logged into your account, as purchases made through guest checkout will not earn points.

Your points will appear once your online order is fulfilled, or right after payment for in-store purchases.

Points cannot be transferred to another person or combined across multiple accounts.
Depends. Some rewards don’t mind playing together.
Welcome and birthday discounts: Can be combined with shipping promotions, but not with other promotions.
Reward vouchers redeemed with points: Can be combined with shipping and other promotions.
Gift cards: Nope. Reward discounts and vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Changed your mind? No hard feelings. Your points will simply be adjusted to match your final purchase.
Returns: Any points earned from the returned item will be deducted once your return is processed.
Exchanges: Points will be added, deducted or stay the same depending on the value of the item you exchange for.
Yes. Expiry dates vary depending on the reward:
Rewards redeemed with points: Valid for 3 months from redemption. This includes discount and merch vouchers.
Birthday voucher: Valid for 1 month from your birthday.
Welcome discount: Valid for 5 days from issue.

Head to our Contact Us page and send us a request to delete your Hedonist Rewards account. Our team will take care of the rest.
Terms & Conditions:
- Your tier is based on your lifetime spend with Hedonist, including eligible purchases made before the launch of Hedonist Rewards. Once earned, your tier never expires.
- Rewards points expire after 12 months of inactivity, meaning no points earned or redeemed during that period.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. They can only be used to redeem eligible discount vouchers, merchandise or other rewards offered through Hedonist Rewards.
- Points and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
- Reward vouchers are valid for products purchased directly from Hedonist and cannot be used for events, services or gift cards, unless otherwise stated.
- Reward vouchers and discounts are subject to their respective expiry dates and promotional conditions.
- Purchases made via guest checkout or third party retail partners and stockists are not eligible to earn points.
- Hedonist reserves the right to amend the Rewards Programme and its terms and conditions at its discretion.
