Free Delivery

All International orders above S$160 will automatically qualify for a free registered mail delivery. The time for delivery may vary, please take note of the duration upon check out with our third-party vendor.

Registered Mail

We are currently using third-party vendors for 'Registered Mail' to send your orders safely around the world. They are very efficient and if everything goes well*, you will receive the parcel at your doorstep within 3-15 working days (depending on the third-party courier service you have chosen)!

Once your purchase has been confirmed, a tracking number for delivery will be sent to you via email, so do look out for that in your inbox or, sometimes, spam mail. 

*Important Disclaimer

1) Hedonist Tribe will not be liable for any loss of shipment, any taxes and duties, confiscations or any extra charges that may be applied by the laws & regulations of your country. We will try our best effort to send it discreetly however customers are required to do their due diligence before purchasing.

2) If the parcel is being detained/confiscated/seized by your Customs, we will treat it as abandoned at destination and we do not arrange for the parcel to be shipped back to us. There will not be a refund/return/exchange and no credit given. In the event that we do arrange for a return of shipment at Customs, it will only be on a case-by-case basis. 

3) Please check your parcels through the tracking link sent to you via email after ordering.

4) All products will be tested for its working condition before shipping overseas.

5) NO LIQUID products are allowed for delivery overseas.

6) Hedonist Tribe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products and website.

7) Hedonist Tribe will not be held liable for any injury cause by misuse of our products.

8) We do not declare the products as adult-oriented items but as wellness products.
