Local SG Self-Pickup (Contactless)
We offer complimentary self pick-up options from our space at Tanjong Pagar, 100 Peck Seah Street, Singapore 079333(same building as Oasia Downtown Hotel). Simply add your items to cart and select this FREE self-pickup option at the checkout page.
Once we receive your order, we'll process and pack your order often almost immediately where you'll receive an email notification with a link to book your pickup time slot, including weekends & public holidays. It's as easy as ABC!
Note: If you're urgently looking to pickup your parcel immediately or can't find your preferred time slot from our booking link, simply whatsapp us here with your preferred pick up timing so that we can prioritise your order. We do our very best to accommodate your schedule.
P.S. If we're busy running private events and popups, it can take up to 24 hours for us to process your order.
Local SG Delivery
We ensure your order is delivered in a discreet poly mailer, to any valid local address from public locations, offices, hotels to residential addresses (HDBs, condos and landed property). To provide you the lowest rates & fastest shipping possible, we work with a range of third party courier services to best suit your needs.

Standard Delivery: $5 | FREE for orders over $50. Delivery within 1 to 5 working days

Same-Day Delivery: $10 | FREE for orders over $90. We ship every day including weekends and public holidays. At the checkout page, you can choose from our 3 delivery time slots:
(I) 1pm to 5pm (place your order before 1PM)
(II) 3pm to 8pm (place your order before 3PM)
(III) 6pm to 11pm (place your order before 6PM) -
Specific Day Delivery: $10 | FREE for orders over $90. Perfect for the special occasions for gifting to your friends or loved ones. Orders must be placed at least 1 day in advance. Kindly write the specific date of the delivery in the Order Notes when checking out.

Instant 30-90min Delivery: $28 | FREE for orders over $250. Kindly use our website chat function, Whatsapp message us here or call us at +65-80321069 BEFORE you place your order so that we can check on our stocks and driver availability. Instant delivery generally available from 9am to 10pm, though there're days that we offer delivery up to past midnight when we run events, hence do always chat with us BEFORE you place your order to check on our availability. Exact delivery duration depends on delivery location, city/central area often within 30-45min. To redeem your FREE instant delivery for orders over $250, kindly chat with us!
P.S. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available where you can pay to our driver upon receiving our parcel. Kindly chat with us to order, subject to driver availability.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to international addresses only via registered airmail and we work with various logistics companies to provide you the lowest shipping rates possible. In fact, we even provide free shipping worldwide for orders above S$130/USD~$100*, as long as the shipping cost is under S$40. For Malaysia, orders above S$90/RM300 are entitled to free shipping.
We've temporarily hit pause on deliveries to Egypt, India, Vietnam & Thailand due to recurring customs clearance issues. We know… it's a bummer, but we're working on it.
To find out the shipping rates and the duration of shipping for your location, simply follow these 3 steps:

Once the parcel has been picked up by our delivery agent, an email with the tracking link will be sent to you. Depending on the country and delivery agent you pick, it could take 1 to 20 working days for you to receive your parcel.
Kindly note that our prices may not include local taxes and duties, depending on the country and delivery agent. This can be seen at checkout after you input your shipping address. In some cases you may be charged customs, import duties and taxes when the parcel arrives at your country. We do not have control over these charges and we are not able to advise on these charges as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
